Browse our catalog, create a free account, and subscribe to your chosen appliance. We deliver and install it within 48 hours. You're billed monthly (or weekly) with no long-term commitment.
Is there a credit check or deposit?
No credit check and no deposit required. We only require a valid payment method on file.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metro area, including Dallas, Irving, Arlington, Garland, Plano, Frisco, and surrounding cities.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Monthly plans require 30-day notice. We'll schedule a pickup after confirmation.
What happens if an appliance breaks?
We repair or replace it at no cost to you. Contact support or submit a request through your dashboard.
Can I swap appliances?
Yes! Contact us to swap to a different model. Availability may vary.
Do you offer auto-pay?
Yes. Enable auto-pay from your profile. Your saved card is charged automatically on your billing date.
How is delivery scheduled?
After subscribing, go to the Schedule page to pick a date and time window. We confirm within a few hours.
